"Arrived damaged—I was so excited to receive these shoes & planned to wear them on my trip to La Jolla over July 4. As soon as they arrived I opened the box & tried them on. The right shoe fit perfectly—like a glove. However, when I put on the left shoe, I immediately felt a sharp, pointed object pressing into my heel through the sole. I initially thought I could somehow push it down or work around the discomfort, but every step felt like I was stepping on a nail. It made the shoe completely unwearable. I am very disappointed, especially since this brand has such a great reputation for quality and comfort. Unfortunately, I received a completely defective left shoe, so I haven’t and will not be able to wear this otherwise adorable pair of shoes. I want to exchange them for a new pair that is free of defects because I truly love the style & would still like the opportunity to wear them. Hoping that customer service will make this right & send the replacement pair to arrive before July 4."
