Refund Policy

Eligible Returns:

All orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please visit our returns portal.

You can either drop off your return at no cost to you at a physical Happy Returns location near you, or use a prepaid FedEx return label with a $9.95 return restocking fee.

For Canadian orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. For all returns sent back for a refund, a $20 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the cost of the return shipping. For all orders shipped outside of the US and Canada, we do ask that you cover the cost of the return, and we will issue a refund for the returned items once they reach our warehouse. Certain products—including socks, hosiery, and custom shoes—are not eligible for return or exchange. Items also purchased during our Archive Sale and Sample Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our team at help@margauxny.com with any questions about final sale products.
