How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return protection
For US customers only: Before placing your order, you’ll have the option to add Return Protection for $3.98. This covers your return shipping and qualifies you for free returns and unlimited exchanges on your order.
If you do not purchase Return Protection, you can still return or exchange your order for a flat-rate $11 fee.
You can drop off your return at a Happy Returns location (see locations here) or print a return label to ship via USPS.
- Happy Returns drop-off: Refunds or exchanges are initiated immediately.
- USPS label: Returns process once received at our warehouse; exchanges arrive within 5–10 business days from reshipment.
If returned pairs are found to be damaged or worn and are unsellable, you may choose to have them returned to you or incur a 30% restocking fee.
International returns
We’re currently updating our international returns process. For now:
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
- Customers cover return shipping costs via their preferred carrier.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost once received back at our warehouse.
- We cannot refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties & taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for a smooth delivery experience. These charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Final sale items
Certain items, like socks and hosiery are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
All products purchased during our Archive Sale and in-person Sample Sale are final sale. Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
