Our nappa shoes are made from a soft, Italian nappa and flexible leather soles. Nappa leather is permeable, so avoid exposure to water and rain. To maintain the sheen and finish over time, you can use a quality leather lotion.

"I somehow accidentally ordered a wide in my size and when it came I was super worried it would t fit. It was definitely too wide. But then I noticed it has the ability to pull the little bow tighter and it makes the shoe a bit smaller. It was perfect! It’s lightweight and adorable, and yet doesn’t feel like it is going to come apart. It’s great quality for such a simple, open weave shoe. Perfect for summer in Texas."

Beautiful but narrow

"These flats are so beautiful! The color is very nice. They feel a little tight along the width though - and I don't usually buy or wear wide size shoes but this just feels a lot tighter than I'm used to. Maybe I need to wear them in. I wish they fit great outside of the box because of the price tag but they are still nice."

"These shoes don't stay on my feet. I've tried pulling the drawstring tighter. . . but they construction makes it so every step the heel comes off, which is disappointing. They look good in a picture but they're not practical if you actually want to wear them in real life."

"Arrived damaged—I was so excited to receive these shoes & planned to wear them on my trip to La Jolla over July 4. As soon as they arrived I opened the box & tried them on. The right shoe fit perfectly—like a glove. However, when I put on the left shoe, I immediately felt a sharp, pointed object pressing into my heel through the sole. I initially thought I could somehow push it down or work around the discomfort, but every step felt like I was stepping on a nail. It made the shoe completely unwearable. I am very disappointed, especially since this brand has such a great reputation for quality and comfort. Unfortunately, I received a completely defective left shoe, so I haven’t and will not be able to wear this otherwise adorable pair of shoes. I want to exchange them for a new pair that is free of defects because I truly love the style & would still like the opportunity to wear them. Hoping that customer service will make this right & send the replacement pair to arrive before July 4."

"These are totally darling and the raffia is very popular. The sole of the foot is sturdy like all other Margaux shoes, however the complete raffia will stretch and not position your foot. I kept the shoe because it is so attractive but will probably only last the season."
