"I desired a shoe in this style for the summer, but have been disappointed by woven materials in the past. I was hesitant because I usually find them uncomfortable and stiff for long-term wear. I have been pleasantly surprised by the Ercu Woven Leather flat. The woven leather is so soft and easy to wear. I have already worn these for full days at work and on errands with no issues. I even bought a second pair in the woven style in another color."

I walked all around midtown my first time wearing them and didn’t even need to rush to take them off when I got home. I’ve worn them several times more and just so amazingly comfortable. "I purchased The Demi Jane - Ecru Woven Leather in US 6 wide. I tried the US 7 first which is my size 99% of the time across brands, but it was much too long. I exchanged it for a 6 in the wide width thinking that would help. I wore them straight out of the box for miles of steep hills during a trip to Portugal. I still can't believe how comfortable the open weave is. Never had one blister or irritation anywhere. While the bottom of the shoe near the ball of the foot is pretty worn due to the all the cobblestone, the rest still looks great. I returned home and immediately wanted to order the exact same shoe in navy but it doesn't exist yet. Please make a true navy in the woven leather! Obrigada!"
"Definitely go a half size down- even if you buy the narrow. These are comfortable right out of the box. They are not stiff, but do add some support. These shoes are very well-made and the leather is soft. The woven design does not irritate my feet at all."

"I absolutely love these shoes. The leather is SO soft. I've worn them several times already and found them very comfortable, like I can wear them all day. One note is that they do run narrow. I typically order regular width as I don't have an overly wide food, but I ordered wide because I've found European shoes tend to be narrower than US sizes. Definitely glad I ordered wide. Aside from that, these are going to be a great spring/summer shoe!"
"I think these are beautiful shoes that I will wear often. I appreciate how there was zero break in time, in terms of the heel. No scraping your Achilles, thank goodness! However, I am surprised that other reviewers have worn these on long European vacations. I find they have very little padding, and my heel (the underside, not the achilles) gets pretty sore after walking around for a full day. I am in my mid-30s, for reference. I also had to both size down (from 10 to 9. 5) and widen (Normal to Wide). I could have even gone on size smaller, but I didn't want to do a second return."
"Soo beautiful!! I usually wear 7. 5 (USA) but they were sold out so i tried the 8 just to see- i think they fit perfectly. So soft and instantly comfortable. Also just a very chic Mary Jane. You know how some MJ’s look awkward or just “off”, even in a higher price range? That’s not these. Margaux knows what they’re doing. Excellent brand."
