Our embossed shoes are made from a python-embossed Italian calf leather. Calf leather is not water-resistant, so avoid exposure to water and rain. To maintain the sheen and finish over time, you can use a quality leather lotion.

"While ridiculously expensive for what this sandal is, it is nonetheless the first of its kind (in my search) that fits a narrow foot. I ordered and returned (via Nordstrom) the ankle strap sandals in (supposedly) narrow width that were anything but. My foot slid all over the place in those and I couldn't get them returned fast enough. I have other MArgaux shoes and I find them to be inconsistent in sizing in narrow width."

"I knew this year's style is minimal to the extreme and I found these lovely little things on a Google search. Never even heard of this place. But BOY am I happy I found Margaux! I was slightly worried to go to a flat because I have toe injuries and arthritis from years of running. I took the plunge and wore these all day on a Saturday shopping trip. I never ONCE felt pain, and at some point I totally forgot they were there.
