Care

This calf leather has a subtle sheen that provides light water resistance, but we recommend treating your boots with a leather-safe waterproofing spray (such as Apple Brand Garde Rain & Stain Repellent) before wear for added protection. Test any product on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure the finish remains unchanged.

Please note: these leathers are not intended for heavy water or snow exposure, and salt should be avoided to prevent staining or damage to the finish.

Shipping & returns

Shipping:

For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.

For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days. For extended holiday returns, orders placed between November 15 and December 31 can be returned through January 15, 2026.

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.

For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
