All Private Sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We encourage reviewing product details, size charts, and fit guidance carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or fit, our team is always happy to help before you purchase.

Please note that Private Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

What items are included in the Private Sale?

The Private Sale includes a curated selection of past-season styles and colorways. Availability is limited, and inventory may change throughout the sale. Popular items may sell out quickly!

All Private Sale items are brand new and unworn.

How long will it take for my Private Sale order to ship?

Private Sale orders typically ship from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

During peak sale periods, processing times may vary slightly. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Will my order come in standard packaging?

During our Private Sale, packaging may vary. While some pairs may arrive in our signature Margaux shoe box, others may be shipped in alternative packaging. Rest assured, all shoes are in brand new and unworn condition. 

Can I use a discount code on Private Sale items?

No, discount codes cannot be applied to Private Sale items, and promotions cannot be combined.

Private Sale prices already reflect our best available pricing, so additional promotions can’t be applied. We recommend saving your code for a future full-price purchase!

Will the Private Sale be available to shop in stores?

Yes! A limited selection of Private Sale styles will be available to shop in our Los Angeles and San Francisco stores.

Select Private Sale styles are available for purchase directly in-store, with additional styles available to order as needed.
