All orders in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please visit our returns portal.

Certain items, like socks and hosiery are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

All products purchased during our Archive Sale and in-person Sample Sale are final sale. Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

For Canadian orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. If you would prefer to return for a refund back to your original payment method, you will incur a $20 restocking fee.

For all other international returns, please reach out to help@margauxny.com for assistance. While international orders are not final sale, we do request that customers cover return shipping costs on any international returns. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipping, duties, or taxes at this time.
