"Such a really cute shoe! I ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal and it's still maybe just a tad short, but it works. Got a couple of compliments when I wore them for the first time. I had a great customer service experience as well with trying to decide which size was best. Very happy with my purchase and LOVE having options for pretty, well-made shoes in larger sizes!"
"Margaux has a plenty of selection in size and width. Very orthodox design which is quite difficult to look for recently. It looks like it’s very well made. The customer service was very polite, and the shipping was prompt."
"Sadly, I ordered this shoe and was sent an entirely different pair. This is extra frustrating because the shoe seems to have been discontinued. Truly a bummer as I have it in brown and absolutely love it, it’s chic, comfortable and classic. The customer service team, specifically Robyn, was wonderful and as helpful as she could be, but since the shoe is sold out I had to settle on a different pair that I’m not as taken with."
"The espresso is a stunning color, and I can tell the leather is of good quality. The 5mm padding at the bottom of the shoe is very comfortable. However, there are some design flaws, such as the diagonal straps around the ankle being a bit too long, so they flay out. I agree with the seller's recommendations of sizing half a size up. Personally, I wish I would have gotten it in a wide width as the normal width is still a bit too narrow on my feet."
"Danced the night away in these! Very comfortable and perfect height for me. As someone who doesn’t wear heels regularly, I walked in these with ease. They match with everything basically and look very pretty on. 10/10 recommend! These are gorgeous workhorse wedding shoes!"
"This is my THIRD pair of City Sandals, which is an indication of how much I LOVE this style. They are comfortable and chic. They’ve become an important part of my wardrobe. I wear half a size smaller in an open back shoe; the fit of these shoes is consistent with other shoes I wear, which is just another thing I appreciate about Margaux’s shoes, they fit well. However, the ankle straps were WAY too long on all 3 pairs. I needed to have my husband punch 3 more holes in each of the straps, which is odd, since I don’t have thin ankles, thin legs or even narrow feet. The only downside is that the straps are too long now, so they stick out a bit. Clearly that doesn’t bother me much."
