The West Chelsea Boot runs true to size, so we recommend ordering based on your usual US size. They are designed to be worn with light- to medium-weight socks. If you plan to wear them with a thicker sock, we recommend ordering up a half-size or width.

Width only refers to the width of the toe box (not shaft or ankle width)—most customers only need the additional width in the front of the foot.

The West Chelsea Boot is made on a different last (or mold) than The Chelsea Boot you may be familiar with from prior seasons. Most notably, this new last features a roomier toe box and less tapered toe, creating a fit that is more true to size.

Less-than-perfect weather can bring slippery walking surfaces along with it, and we wanted to combat that with The West Chelsea Boot's rubber lug sole. The grooves and teeth are designed to offer light traction, helpful for navigating slick sidewalks or pavement.

When it's time for a clean, use a suede brush first to remove surface dirt and dust. Then spray the cleaner onto the suede, work in with a towel or the brush (clean it first), and allow to dry.
