Our nappa shoes are made from a soft, Italian nappa and flexible leather soles. Nappa leather is permeable, so avoid exposure to water and rain. To maintain the sheen and finish over time, you can use a quality leather lotion. 

Shipping:

For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.

For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.

Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.

For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Beautiful Shoes

"This is a beautiful and chic shoe that I really wanted to make work. The sole is well padded and the leather is soft. I ordered them in both the nappa and the crinkle patent and tried sizing up a half size and ordering in wide. Sadly they didn’t work for me—it’s not the shoe’s fault but my hard to fit feet! The sizing up to wide is a great option as it just gives you more room in the toe box but the rest of the shoe is not wide. Finally, customer service was wonderful and I may continue my search for a Margaux shoe that fits!"

Want to love Margaux

"Bought 5 pair in the past month. The Roma and Pasquale were amazing. I followed up with the flat and 2 Palomas . Extraordinary disappointing . The flat is doable but the heel strap is much too big for the sandal. Ankle flops around. The Paloma’s are much too narrow. I have sent to a cobbler to stretch . I don’t know. They feel like a narrow. I ordered a wide. Not as nice quality or substantial as I imagined after my first purchase. Threw packaging away and could not return. Planned on ordering a few woven styles but will not."

"This is great classic, sleek flat in nice kidskin leather. I love the fact that these come in wide widths! Only suggestion is to offer it in more colors and replace the hard plastic heel with a softer rubber one for better shock absorption and grip."
