Our shoes are made from suede, a surprisingly durable material. Marks and scuffs to the suede can be gently removed using a suede brush and cleaning spray. Regular treatment with a protectant spray can also help prevent signs of future wear.

"This is my first pair of ballet flats, and I absolutely love them! When I first received them, they did rub against the back of my heels a little, but I didn’t think it was a big issue. Not every pair of shoes fits your feet perfectly right away, and sometimes they just need a little time to break in. After wearing them a few times, they’ve broken in really nicely and are now very comfortable. The soles are also super soft and comfortable to walk in. They go with almost everything in my wardrobe, which makes them so easy to style. They’re super cute, beautiful, and versatile. I’m really happy with this purchase and definitely think they’re worth the price!"

"I do really like the shoe. It is not breathable at all. That’s the major downside. But it’s very comfortable. I wear it all day at work on my feet. When I do sit down I have a tendency to kick these off, not because they’re uncomfortable, but because my feet need to breathe/air out. It matches the espresso color of a Louis Vuitton canvas pattern really beautifully."

Don’t buy them

"Very dissatisfied. These shoes are far too expensive to be this uncomfortable. After wearing them for a week and getting painful blisters, I contacted customer service. They told me to keep wearing them at home with socks to break them in. I followed their advice for five days, and it was the worst decision—I ended up with even worse blisters. Completely unacceptable for shoes at this price."

"I love these two tone ballet flats. I love this color way and have been looking at Chanel flats for awhile but they don’t fit my feet well and they are overpriced. I ordered these and they fit well they are super soft. I do have to go up a half size in Margaux shoes."
