For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.
For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:
For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.
Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.
For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Well-made loafer
"I ordered this and a few other loafers from high quality brands to compare. I started with this loafer initially, but returned hoping to find a similar pair in black suede. Ultimately the fit and construction quality of the Margaux Louisa loafer won out. So I ordered them one final time. Wish this loafer came in black suede, but the polished black leather will have to do. Haven’t worn them outside my closet yet, but will look forward to wearing them in cooler weather next fall. The rubber outsole for colder/damper weather is ideal."

"I agree with the recommendation of sizing half size down. But the toe box is still tight even with a wide. Need to be broken into. Beautiful shoe though. Hoping it works out"

The loafer I’ve always wanted.
"The black calf Louisa loafer is beautiful and I love the lug sole. It is hard to get the sizing right with this shoe. I wear US size 8. 5 Medium and EU 39. Since EU shoes always feel a little tight I ordered 8. 5 Medium. It felt like the correct length but was very wide in the heel. So wide that even with a tongue pad and a heal pad my heal slipped out with every step. Thank you Margaux for your wonderful return service. I next ordered an 8 Medium which also felt like the correct length, yet my heel still slipped out when I walk. I again tried a tongue pad and that solved the problem. Wearing the shoes around the house for a day felt as though they were long ago broken in. I wonder if a 7. 5 Medium would be the perfect size but I fear it would have been too short."

Even with heel pads and insoles, the heel is too wide. I cannot wear them and would love to return them. I understand I am past the return window, but I was trying all different solutions to see if I could get a better fit."
