Our nappa shoes are made from a soft, Italian nappa and flexible leather soles. Nappa leather is permeable, so avoid exposure to water and rain. To maintain the sheen and finish over time, you can use a quality leather lotion. 

Shipping:

For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.

For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.

Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.

For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

"I’ve been looking for a black loafer that is comfortable, stylish, versatile, and classy. This is the one! The leather is so soft and buttery and there is soft cushion on the inside. It is a very well made shoe! I only had a small issue with the heel part. With the seam being a little raised, it got me. But I was able to work through it and continue to wear. That’s how much I love them! I have very funny, old retail feet so there are not many shoes that are comfortable. I have 3 pairs of Margaux shoes and I enjoy and love each one of the!"

Liked the leather and silhouette enough to keep

"The shape and style of this loafer is unlike anything else I’ve been able to find. When the shoes arrived, I was really impressed with how buttery and soft the leather was. My only complaints would be 1) the sole is not supportive and 2) the stitching in the back of the shoe is not covered and can rub against the heel. That said, I liked these loafers enough to keep them. I ended up taking them to a cobbler to add some traction to the thin sole and add some padding to the heel stitching."

"If finally feels so good to slip my foot into a loafer that is actually narrow enough to stay on my foot and allow me to walk property. I had to size down a whole size to accomplish my goal but it worked and I walked all over my living room carpet. Margaux has landed! "These Cedar Suede loafers are really nice. Beautiful in fact. I loved them. I have extremely narrow feet that are so difficult to find shoes that fit well. I have the Demi Mary Jane in leopard and the Marlowe loafers. Both are greats fits in 38. 5 Narrow. Unfortunately the James loafer were a little bit wider for my feet and I was not able to keep them. I would never have sent them back had they fit."
