Shipping:
For US orders, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $100; a $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3Day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout for smooth delivery.
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.
For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:
For U.S. and Canadian orders, we accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.
Returned items must be free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage and include all original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival and must meet these condition requirements to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit within the U.S.
Refunds on U.S. orders incur an $11 return shipping fee, unless Return Protection was added at checkout for $3.98.
For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), all purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

"The minimal design is super cute. These didn't require a break-in period. Just one pinky toes got a bit chafed after walking in these for 20 minutes. I normally gravitate towards comfort and wear barefoot shoes, but needed a stylish option, and I'm glad I didn't have to compromise on comfort. In terms of sizing, I noticed that with other brands, I'm a US 7. 5/EU 38 but with these, I'm a EU37. 5."

They’re casual but also perfect for work. If I could change one thing, it would be the stitching color, but I still love them. "They look small but are mighty! I walked about 3 miles the first time wearing them and I had no blisters and they felt great the whole time! They are soft and offer a lot of support. I have narrower feet so the width felt normal to me but if you have wide feet order the wide. Such an amazing shoe and breathable, love them and will be wear all summer!"
"I specifically chose these sandals because of the placement of the straps, hoping that it would help hide and not interfere with the bunion on my right foot. I also ordered the narrow width because it seems like a medium width sandals run on the wider side these days. The narrow width decision was ideal but since I have only worn these once, the straps on the right foot where my bunion is located, either hide it and cause redness and discomfort or offsetting the strap is still an bit uncomfortable. Hoping a little more of breaking these in will help. These are beautiful sandals and very good quality."
"These are really beautifully made sandals that can be paired with lots of different outfits. And I appreciate that you make them in wide sizes. I just really wish you had stores where one could try on different sizes before making a purchase, because I'm sometimes between sizes/widths. I am normally an 8 and I ordered a 38. 5 wide. The straps around the front of the foot felt a little loose at first (and I wondered if I should have ordered the medium width) but they ended up being fine, especially after walking around all day."
"Ives hemmed and hawed for years over buying. These and finally decided to do it, and could t br happier now. I love the neutral color and comfort of the sandal. I can chase after little ones and also look out together in even the simplest outfit. They are a workhorse closet staple and I have a feeling I’ll get another pair when they go on sale. Definitely needed the wide fit."
