Refund policy

Extended Holiday Return Window: 

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31, 2026 are eligible for our extended holiday return window and can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2027, or within the standard return window, whichever is later. This applies to eligible U.S. and Canadian orders only. All standard return eligibility guidelines apply.

For U.S. Orders:

Merchandise in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

For Canadian Orders:

Merchandise in new and unworn condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

For International Orders:

Merchandise shipped outside the U.S. and Canada is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
