What is your holiday return and exchange policy?
For domestic holiday orders, unworn shoes can be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. You will receive a return label and return authorization form in your order to complete and return. Refunds and exchanges typically process within 2 weeks of delivery at our warehouse. If you have requested a refund, please allow an additional 7 - 10 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. If you need the return window extended beyond the 60 day window, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you there!
International orders are able to be returned and exchanged, but we do request that customers cover return shipping costs on any international returns or exchanges.
How long will it take to receive my order this holiday season?
Since the window to receive your order by 12/24 via ground shipping has passed, we've lowered the cost of our two-day express shipping to a flat $5. All orders placed with this method by 12/20 should arrive by the holidays. Overnight shipping is also available for $30. Please note these shipping fees are non-refundable, should the item be returned.
When do I need to place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
All orders needed by December 25th need to be placed no later than December 15 for shipping with complimentary ground shipping if they are from our standard collection. Expedited shipping options are available through December 22 for delivery by December 25. Will you be closed during the holidays?
Our customer support team will be offline on November 25, December 24, and December 25. I'm buying this pair as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer specialized gift wrapping, and as part of our commitment to more sustainable practices, we do not include shoe boxes with our shipments (rather, each pair of shoes ships in our innovative rolled dust bag). While we think it makes for great packaging, it's not as traditionally easy-to-wrap as a box.
