Meet AMINATOU

Aminatou knows what she likes and really goes for it. Her output is prodigious, with published a book (Big Friendship) and a popular Substack (Crème de la Crème) alongside work consulting with some of today’s largest brands. Resume aside, the Brooklyn-based creative possesses the sort of sparkly energy that means mentioning her name in conversation invariably invites a chorus of complementary nods.“Amina?? The COLLECTION

We imagined two of our newest silhouettes, The Parra and The Prado, in rich satin to bring an extra dose of holiday party energy. From classic black to a jewel-tone ochre and luxe leopard (with each pair cut from custom fabric, meaning no two styles will be identical), your new statement shoe has arrived.

Our enduring dedication to an extended size range was especially significant when working with Aminatou, a size 12. “Shoe options were always so limited for those of us with feet bigger than a ten. Thankfully that has changed, but options are still limited. Trust me, if there is a stylish woman in a size-12 shoe within a mile of me, I’m already texting with her about what shoes we’re buying.”
