What is the return policy?

All items purchased from our Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all Archive Sale orders $200 or higher. Orders under $200 will incur a $9 flat-rate shipping fee. For international orders, standard shipping rates apply.

What is the condition of the shoes?

Our Archive Sale shoes are all in new, unworn condition. 

When does the sale end?

Our sale will run until 3am EST on Tuesday, July 8.

Will my order come in standard packaging?

During our Archive Sale, packaging may vary. While some pairs may arrive in our signature Margaux shoe box, others may be shipped in alternative packaging. Rest assured, all shoes are in brand new and unworn condition. 

Do I need a discount code?

No discount code is needed for our Archive Sale. Prices are as marked, and additional discounts are not applicable to sale items.

Am I eligible for a price adjustment?

If you purchased an item at full-price that is included in the Archive Sale and it was delivered on or after June 16th, we will honor the sale price if your color/size is currently in-stock. Please fill out the form here to request a price adjustment. If a price adjustment is applied to your order, it will be considered Final Sale per the Archive Sale return policy.
