Asked Questions

For U.S. orders:

Merchandise in new and unworn condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, and for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

For Canadian orders:

Merchandise in new and unworn condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt.

For international orders:

Merchandise shipped outside the U.S. and Canada is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage;
  • Showing no visible signs of wear beyond what may occur during a careful indoor try-on;

and

  • Returned with all original packaging (box, dust bags, and inserts)

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.

Returns are inspected once they arrive at our warehouse. This review typically takes 5-10 business days to complete.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved defect or fulfillment error. Defect claims must be submitted to us within 14 business days of receipt. We reserve sole discretion to determine whether an item qualifies as defective. Damage from normal wear, misuse, or improper care is not covered. Merchandise verified by us as defective may be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Store credit is issued by email once your return shipment is in transit back to us. Store credit does not expire.

If you requested an exchange, your new pair will ship as soon as your exchange order has been processed, and you'll receive tracking details by email.

For US customers only: Before placing your order, you’ll have the option to add Return Protection for $3.98. This covers your return shipping and qualifies you for free returns and unlimited exchanges on your order.

If you do not purchase Return Protection, you can still return or exchange your order for a flat-rate $11 fee.

Certain items, like socks and hosiery, are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

Products purchased during our Archive Sale or in-person Sample Sale are also final sale.

Custom orders, including bridal shoes ordered through our Atelier, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
