How do I know my size?

The Jane Heel fits true to size in length, so we recommend ordering your usual US shoe size. If between sizes, we suggest opting for your larger size. 

How do I know my width?

The Jane Heel runs a little narrow so we recommend sizing up in width, particularly if you are between widths or prefer a roomier fit.

How does the fit compare to other styles?

The Jane Heel is made on the same last (or mold) as The Heel and will therefore offer a comparable fit. Since The Jane Heel has the added strap across the top of your foot, it is designed to offer a more secure fit. 

Will The Jane Heel stretch?

While the patent leather of The Jane Heel will soften with wear, it won’t stretch as much as uncoated nappa leather. You can expect this style to retain its original structure and fit. 

How do I care for my Jane Heels?

Routinely cleaning patent leather will help preserve its quality, maintain its shiny appearance, and keep it free from scuffs and scrapes. To clear your Jane Heels, wipe off any dust or dirt with a clean microfiber cloth. Then dampen the microfiber cloth with a little bit of water to gently wipe down the leather. For added shine and to buff out any markings, gently apply leather cleaner specifically formulated for patent leather.
