How do I know my size in The Boot?

The Boot runs true to size, so we recommend ordering based on your usual US size. They are designed to be worn with light- to medium-weight socks. If you plan to wear them with a thicker sock, we recommend ordering up a half-size or width.

How do I know my width in The Boot?

Our shoes are designed for a wider fit than many other designer shoes. Width only refers to the width of the toe box (not shaft or ankle width)—most customers only need the additional width in the front of the foot.

How do I care for my Boots?

Our suede Boots are made from fine Italian suede, a surprisingly durable material. Marks and scuffs to the suede can be gently removed using a suede brush and cleaning spray, like those provided in our suede care kit. Regular treatment with a protectant spray can also help prevent signs of future wear.

How does the fit compare to other styles?

The Boot is a structured, block-heeled boot with a comparable fit to our other heeled boots, like The Downtown Boot.

What is the shaft height of The Boot?

The shaft height refers to the length of the boot from the top of the heel to the top of the boot (i.e., how high the boot comes up on your ankle or calf). The shaft height of The Boot measures approximately 14cm on a size 37. This measurement will scale up or down proportionally from there depending on your shoe size.
