Looking for Something Specific?

While every style is typically available in the store to try on, we may not have the exact color, size, or width on hand. 



If you would like to try on something specific, please email us at help@margauxny.com five business days before your planned arrival or appointment so we can ensure that it is in stock and available for you to try on—and available to-gaux.

Shopping Safely

  • ​​Please Wear a Mask: Fit Specialists and customers will be required to wear a mask while in store. Forgot yours? We’ll have some extras on hand.
  • Social Distancing: In order to ensure proper social distancing in store, we’ll be limiting capacity to two customers at a time. We ask you only bring one other guest to your private fit appointment.
  • ​​Sanitization and Hygiene: Hand sanitizer will be available at the front door for all customers to use before entering. High-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly.
  • Contactless Payment: All in-store orders will be completed using a contactless payment system.
  • Returns: We are happy to accept returns in-store, but please be sure that your shoes are ready to ship before bringing them in (boxed and labeled).
